昨晚起鍋弄煎餃 以前很笨, 老是加水 or 加麵粉水進鍋去煎餃子 昨晚突然心血來潮, 挖了一湯匙在 Costco 買的鬆餅粉來玩 嘿嘿, 沒想到竟然是絕配 煎出來了餃子賣相超好
可惜昨晚肚子餓壞了, 沒拍下來
不過, 這倒是讓我想起在瀋陽吃的老邊餃 得先拿湯匙一個一個把餃子從雪花上敲下來吃
不過, Costco 的鬆餅粉還真是有夠大包的, 一次得買 4.5 kg…
