並不是一切都是那麼順利
在 1999 年四月離職前的那一趟:
台北 -> London -> Paris -> Amsterdan -> Singapore -> 台北
就充滿喜悅, 感動與驚恐
雖然我在 London 待了近一個星期
但我手上幾乎沒有任何倫敦的照片
雖然, 這次旅遊是我第一次帶著單眼相機出門
也充滿期待
雖然, 這也是我第一次使用單眼相機
也是我買的第一台單眼相機
雖然, 它只是一台二手入門等級的 Canon EOS 100 Kit
就在 Paris 往 Amsterdam 這條路
原本打算在火車上過一夜,
可以省下一個晚上的住宿費用
於是,
買了一張晚上 11 點多出發的火車
算一算到 Amsterdam 時剛好天亮,
就可以馬上開始到處轉
餵死雞大叔他們很貼心的幫我準備好隔天的早餐讓我帶上路
也把我送到火車站去
我以其很少在火車上過夜
歐陸火車四通八達,
在各個國家內自由來往
對於搭火車旅遊的人,
有類似 Euro Pass,
但 terms 不太一樣的 Pass
而我在台北出發前
就已先買好了七天選三天的火車票
上火車後, 沒多久我就睡著了
半夢半醒中, 感覺停了很久
半開眼看了一下是鹿特丹
天氣真的很冷,
於是我張開眼睛環視一下車廂
還是只有我一個人待的包廂一樣內冷冷清清
突然, 我發現我的相機包不見了!!
只剩下我的那裝衣服的袋子還在
我急壞了, 相機包裡除了相機,
還有我在 London 拍的底片及火車票
我趕緊往座位底下看
期望有千分之一的機會包包是滾到位置下面去了
當然這樣的期望基本上落空的機會是最大的
於是我往包廂外衝, 一路問到別的車廂去
“Did you see my camera bag?”
得到的答案不是 No,
就是 I am sorry I didn’t see it.
冷靜一下, 我意識到火車票不見的後果
於是我在火車再次發動前立刻跳下車廂
所幸護照及皮夾, 還有我的手機都還在
我急的想哭, 我打了電話回家給二哥
二哥也嚇到了, 但他安慰我說
“你還活著, 不是嗎? 要是當時人家順便戳你一刀, 你現在了?”
我想一想也是, 等情緒穩定下來
我就到 ATM 去領了錢出來
再買了一張到 Amsterdam 的車票,
繼續上路
到了 Aesterdam,
我第一件事就是去買一台傻瓜相機
然後, 找 Youth Hostel 去 Check-in
都安頓好之後我就一個人到市區去亂轉
只是這時候心態變了
我覺得這個都市都是壞人
每個人都在打我的主意
突然下起的一陣大雨,
讓我更加狼狽
我快步衝到走廊躲雨
一陣音樂響起,
我瞥見屋簷下有個街頭藝人正彈著吉它高歌..

剎時, 我在走廊呆立良久
